What is included in the rental price?

 

The rental price includes accommodation, utilities (electricity, water, etc), exclusive access to all amenities, bedding, bathroom and cleaning products.  

 

A Weber barbecue is available for guests, but must be cleaned prior to departure

Does the property provide coffee and tea facilities?

 

A Breville coffee maker (with beans) has been provided for guests. Arlie Vista also provides guests with a range of high-quality teas.

What time is my check in and check out?

 

Check in is 2:00pm

Check out is 10:00 am

 

Early check in and late check out can be negotiated with the property owner provided it does not impact other guest bookings and cleaning schedules.

 

Guests can self-check into Arlie Vista via a provided lockbox. The code will be provided to guests prior to their stay

Is there a security deposit required?

 

A security deposit of $500 will be required to cover any damage during your stay. This will be refunded after your check-out, provided not damage or excessive cleaning is required.

Are pets permitted at the property?

 

Pets are permitted, however must be negotiated with the property owner. The property is fully fenced, for added pet security.

 

 

Are there any additional fees?

 

Additional fees may apply for excess cleaning and or for additional guests beyond four.

• Guests are encouraged to leave the property clean and tidy to avoid excess cleaning costs.

• Visitors are welcome at Arlie Vista. Additional overnight guests must be declared to the property owner and may incur additional costs.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

 

Arlie Vista has a firm cancellation policy during peak periods including Christmas and Easter. This means that 100% of your payment will be refunded 60 days prior to check-in. 50% will be refunded 30-60 days before checking in. Otherwise, there will be no refund.

 

 During other periods the cancellation policy is relaxed. This means that you will receive 100% of your refund 14 days before checking in and 50% refund 7-14 days before check in, otherwise, no refund.

 

 

Do I need to bring my own linen?

 

All beds are provided with pillows and high-quality donnas, sheets, pillow (cases) and towels. As a courtesy to guests, beach towels are provided during summer stays.

What sort of heating and cooling does the property have?

 

Arlie Vista has excellent all year-round heating and cooling.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

 

There is a 2-day minimum stay requirement for guests and during public holiday weekends, the minimum stay extends to 3 days

What food supplies, products and services are available in the local area?

 

Portarlington  is well served with a large supermarket, bakery, chemist, delicatessen and a medical/ general practice

Is there capacity for me to charge my electric vehicle (EV)

 

Arlie Vista does not have provision to charge an EV vehicle, however there is a charger located at the Bellarine Community Health Centre- Portarlington site.
